Often we get so busy with life we forget to check in with ourselves for self-care. This may seem like a no-brainer. However, most people are just trying to survive. Why nor learn to thrive? Journey Intention: How's your heart ? Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually. Your guides can teach you how to look at aspects of your heart in different perspectives. Are you being open-hearted to others in your life? Let your guides teach and show you "from their spiritual perspective." What do they see that you may not realize or be in denial about. How have life's hurts or rejections caused you to close your heart? Let the guides show you what needs to happen to take baby steps - perhaps even the first step - to open your heart. How's your cardio-vascular system from the spiritual point of view? From their perspective what would be better choices to be heart healthy in: foods, activities, reducing stress?
